What is your processing time?

Current processing time is between 3-7 days. During holidays or busy times of the year, a few extra days may be needed. 

How long will shipping take?

I ship all packages through USPS. Your shipping time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Once I hand packages over to shipping carrier, it’s no longer in my control. Although rare, in the case of delayed packages, we cannot provide refunds. 

What are your business day/hours?

As this is not a full time gig yet, days and times vary day to day. Please know all email and chat inquires will be answered within 48-72 hours with the exception of weekends and holidays. 

Do you accept returns?

We are unable to accept returns at this time.

What do i do if my items arrive damaged?

If you’ve received a damaged item, please reach out to us via the contact page. We will replace them with exact same item as long as there is proof provided of the damage. If we do not have an item in stock anymore, we will refund. 

Do you offer wholesale?

We do not offer wholesale at this time.

Do you draw all the art on products?

Yes, all items are drawn digitally by Erin.

Do you do custom orders?

We do not do custom orders at this time.
